"The hotel is beautiful and the bed was so soft and comfortable. Only complaints are that there were no outlets to plug in devices next to the bed, and our room did not have a refrigerator. "

"it's not the first time that I have stayed at this hotel probably six times a year as I make my trek to from Florida to California and back upon my arrival I was giving the first floor next to the elevator and as soon as I went in. I got bit four times by fleas. I showed them the bites. They were very accommodating and was changed rooms and I went up to the second floor upon exiting the elevator. The carpet was filthy. I was having second thoughts but inside the room. It was clean. The bed was comfortable and I did not get bitten. The people have always been friendly but the gal at the front desk needs a friendlier personality. "
