Liked: Staff & service
Was nice to find a motel that offered 3 beds in 1 room, was perfect for what we needed. Downside is that it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Did see a cockroach on door frame upon entering. Breakfast options was only coffee and waffle. Bathroom was well worn down, could be made over. Room did offer full fridge/freezer and microwave.
The check-in procedure was awesome. Also, there is a new girl that just was been there for a week. I ended up giving her a free pizza because she was so awesome.
Very nice staff. Room was semi clean not filthy tub needed cleaning a couple roaches but all in all decent stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
When we drove up, there was a large group of homeless people at the entrance. We were told the police were called and they would be removed. The lobby was old but OK front staff were friendly enough. We got to our room and the bathroom was not clean. There were hairs in the tub hairs on the floor and hairs in the sink.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Great staff, older hotel, beds comfy
In booking i expained i iterally was just released from heart hospital. I coudnt walk for or stairs. We had a huge suite on the 3rd floor. No elevator. The clerk took 2 trips upstairs for us to help. She was AMAZING. SERVICE WAS ANOVE AND BEYOND!!!
Likes: clean bed and some responsive staff
Dislikes: shabby floors and finishes, sticky chair, worst hotel breakfast (only waffles and coffee—no syrup or creamer), loud air conditioning.
I suspect that this place contracts to provide housing for homeless and veterans, but a more adequate space should be demanded of the hotel.
The hotel lobby was not very welcoming. Random clutter and one dirty orange chair was not a great first impression. The girl at the desk was very nice and efficient. My room smelled like cigarettes and had a few cockroaches I saw. I had to clean the nightstand of dried rings of some drink. It made the washcloth brown and gross. Upside, the bed was comfortable but I wouldn't choose this motel again.
This was probably one of the worst hotels I have been to. The room key was handed to me in a soiled paper, the room dirty and falling apart… exposed outlets! (I had kids with me). The sink faucet was not working at all, just the shower.
Our original reservation was given to someone else. When there was a room available, it was poorly cleaned. The ottoman had a disgusting huge wet spot that was promised to be clean and never was. The pillow cases were dirty with make-up and the towels were all stained.
