Staff displayed courteous and good customer service skills. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great! Bathroom floor wasn't very clean (when wiping up a spill the washcloth came up very dirty around the toilet). Enjoyed the Friday night meal and Saturday breakfast in the lobby. The staff was professional and friendly, the site was clean and well kept, the indoor pool and hot tub were well maintained, the room was spacious, comfortable and affordable, the location was convenient if a little noisy since it’s right next to the freeway and train, and the food/drinks provided for breakfast and the snacks hour were well stocked, tasty and fresh!!

Parking was easy and check in great, with great staff. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was what you would expect at this class of hotel, but it was run better than most I've seen. The only downside is it is right next to I10, and my room was on that side of the hotel, so I could hear the hum of cars.

This was an excellent stay for the price! You get two meals and a great room with friendly staff. The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The meals were more than the normal fair. The rate was excellent. I felt safe, comfortable, and appreciated!
