"The property is more of a residential building with 3 floors of hotel rooms and whilst the standard of furnishing and the hotel ambience is 5 star the facilities I wouldn't say are. The pool area is really nice but the raised infinity pool means you can't see it from the sunbeds. Also although described as having a poolside bar and restaurant this wasnt staffed during our stay and staff didnt check on you so this meant going to reception if you wanted or needed anything. On the whole i couldnt...

"Property was clean, service was excellent. Had an initial problem with the unit I was given. It was not the flat I rented from your site. From the pictures on your site, I had a desk in the master bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. That was not what we were given. After contacting the Front Desk, Mr Socrates found an adequate Unit for my family to move to the following day. "
