"Very noisy especially at night. Loads of street noise & we were on the 15th floor. Beds were not comfortable. Had sore neck & back the whole week were there. Otherwise it was a good hotel but if you want a good sleep maybe try something further away from The French Quarter "

"The gentleman that checked me in was very hospitable but the room itself was a mess, water was on the desk half gone with some in a plastic cup also half gone. Pillow cases were dingy where I had to put my sweatshirt over it. Floor was dirty. I checked out that same day. "

It would be nice if coffee were offered in the morning, or some other modest compensation for the loss of use of the pool. The restoration of the midcentury building and the courtyard garden is of high quality. "
