Miracle Springs Resort & Spa
Had to change rooms first room was 90 and a/c was broken. Staff was rude on the phone not letting me speak. The food at the restaurant is good. The waters have chlorine which is a bummer. The rooms are veryyy outdated, won’t go back to the grandparents feel

The Dunes Hotel
Nice spot in downtown Palm Springs. Very clean and modern. Good pool but need to add pool towels. Room towels do not work as pool towels. Dog area was fabulous and convenient. Rooms could use a few closet shelves or dresser.
