"The property is nice, but nothing great. The pool and hot tub are fine, the view is great and the location is right in the heart of downtown. The main issue is the rooms, which are pretty average, but pretty high priced (at least when I went). It seems like the hotel is quite old and rooms could use some updates. But staff is nice, small convenience shop and parking on site. If the price was lower, I would have rated it higher. "

"I had the thrump thrump thrump of bass in my room all night from the hotels poolside boom boxes. They have quiet hours starting at 9. I call the front desk at 11pm to turn it off. No can do. Did it the next night too. Woke me up at 3am. Checked out early. 7 lbs of air had been let out of my tire. I can take a hint. "

"This is an absolute gem of a hotel in Palm Springs! The rooms are beautiful and very private. Daily happy hour starts at 3pm with a wonderful selection of food and drinks. The pool is not too crowded and has a fun vibe with great music. The staff provide amazing service and personalized hospitality. Having access to bikes is a wonderful way to explore the beautiful neighborhoods that are near the hotel. Very easy bike ride to the heart of downtown Palm Springs. You have a fabulous coffee shop right next door, and an amazing sushi restaurant and the best smash burgers just across the street! I will absolutely stay at arrive the next time in PS! "

"Everything was just as expected ! Views are top notch from the backyard ! So many things within walking distance and it was perfect for all 10 of us!! Cameron and Mitch were also awesome! Super fast at getting back with us if we had an issue or a question and went above and beyond. The Gym was a great addition and the pool was the best since they had record heat our entire trip! Would totally come back and suggest to anyone. Thank you for a memorable vacation for our boys that are graduating high school this year !! "
