Out of the way hotel, very pleasant. It didn’t even feel like I was in a hotel, rooms don’t come with a number, you get a real key to enter. Staff was amazing and very friendly. It felt like a pleasant living experience more than a hotel. I recommend it for adults who want a different flavor in staying somewhere. Highly recommended.

This was a great place to stay and celebrate a special occasion. It would help to know some rooms have many steps to climb for those that have difficulty. Also it would help to replenish water and such on days after the first one. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed multiple times at The Willows and always enjoyed its exclusive feel, though it’s centrally located. The property is classic Palm Springs—very beautiful. The included breakfast is wonderful. We booked the Acanthus room, due to lack of availability for our dates. We were not at all happy with this small room. We moved the next night to the Rock Room, which we loved. We also love the happy hour with complimentary wine and appetizers. Special thanks to Stone, and Gordon, who made us feel so welcomed.

Romantic, old school charm.

This place is a hidden gem. Off the main drag, but walking distance to everywhere. Small but Fantastic grounds. The Einstein room was perfect. The Willows is on the upper end of the hotel price, but it is so worth it. When you figure in the included wine and hors d'oeuvres and then the included delicious breakfast, then your actual room cost isn't so high. Place is romantic for couples and probably not the best for kids (they would be bored). Room was well appointed and there are some welcome snacks in the room as well as in the mini fridge. The staff was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this boutique hotel to anyone.

This hotel is a hidden gem! It’s staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. The room is exquisitely and clean. Stone was a wonderful host. Cook helped us with a brief tour. And the chef and edit staff were top notch.

Worth every penny

Incredible. Worth every penny and that often is not the case at other hotels. My only complaint is about the mattress which wasn't bad but you could tell it was old and very worn in.
