Barbeque in front patio w/ 2 chairs w/ ottomans and table.Table and 4 chairs in private back patio. Choice of 3 swimming pools and Jacuzzis. Tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Very close to Downtown, casino,Ruth hardly park,Desert regional hospital and airport. (And not in the path of airport). Very Quiet neighborhood. New Kitchen and appliances. Newly remodeled Condo . Wifi and T.V super box for all your streaming needs.Great variety of excellent restaurants and entertainment. Every Thursday night street market Downtown .
