"Our seven nights at Pickalbatros Hôtel Du Golf were unforgettable! The enormous, beautifully maintained golf grounds were my favourite place for barefoot evening walks on freshly cut grass. Peaceful surroundings, fresh air, mountain views, hot-air balloons in the morning and magical sunsets over the lake — absolutely breathtaking! Our room was lovely, the service wonderful, and the evening BBQ was a treat we looked forward to every night. A special mention for the gym: genuinely the largest and most impressive hotel gym I’ve ever seen! But what touched us most was a gentleman at the entrance gates whose name we sadly never learned. Every time we returned from exploring, he welcomed us with the warmest smile, opened the gates and blew us kisses. Such a simple gesture, yet it made us feel like we were coming home. On our final morning, my husband cried while hugging him goodbye. To this wonderful gentleman: we both love you! ❤️ Dear management, please pass on our gratitude. He is a true treasure! We both had tears in our eyes leaving this beautiful hotel. We came to Morocco for its beauty, but we left with something even more precious — unforgettable memories and the warmth of its people. Thank you, Pickalbatros! Until we meet again!"

"The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone, including the kitchen team, was attentive and always willing to assist us. The hotel itself was very clean, peaceful, and quiet, which made our stay especially relaxing after returning from the busy activities and sightseeing in Marrakech. Our only concern was regarding the tour guide who took us to the palaces and through the medina. He initially appeared very professional and trustworthy. However, toward the end of the tour, he took us to a shop away from the busy areas of the medina. Once inside, the shop staff were very aggressive and pressured us to purchase items we did not want. The experience made us uncomfortable and gave us the impression that the guide may have had a connection with the shop or received a commission for bringing tourists there. Because of this experience, we decided to part ways with the guide after the tour, even though he offered to arrange a taxi for us back to the hotel. I believe it is important for the hotel to communicate with the guide about this practice. When a guide is recommended or arranged through the hotel, guests naturally place a certain level of trust in that person. Guides should remain professional and unbiased and should not take guests to shops where they may feel pressured or obligated to make purchases. "Fabulous hotel. The all inclusive food at the restaurant had a wide and varied selection. The pools were very clean and there was plenty of sunbeds. The Spa had a wide range of treatments. The 50 minute 'Relaxing Massage' was excellent. The Spa was clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. There was nothing negative about my stay. I would highly recommend."
