"Last minute the owner text to say there was afire at the villa so they relocated us to an alternative location called Fella Hotel on arrival we was promised lunch witch arrive 3hrs late the villa was very dirty the service was poor the wifi wasn't working the pool was dirty and breakfast was well below average we request our money back so we could leave however we gave up at the end as we wasted all day as we was under the impression this was never going to happen after 3 days of touched we...

"Ibrahim from the staff was very kind and helpful, he even arranged the transport from the airport, picked us up at 6am and the communication was easy all the time. The riad was extremely clean and the breakfast delicious."

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, they have a really nice rooftop too, and the breakfast was amazing. Such a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech."

"We had a wonderful stay — the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the souks and the heart of the Medina, which made exploring incredibly easy. The free breakfast was a lovely bonus with plenty of variety. The only small downside was that the bath towels felt a bit worn out, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!"
