The home is conveniently located near the Frank Sinatra Gate and is close to the pool and hot tub, making it the perfect desert escape.

This is a rare 2 bedroom 2 bath in Desert Falls lower unit with nobody above. The open concept layout is convenient and perfect for entertaining, with the spacious living room open to the dining area and kitchen. The two bedrooms sit on opposite ends of the home, providing peace and privacy. The patio sits on the 12th hole which is one of the premier holes at Desert Falls Championship Golf Course.
