Morning light stretches across the fairway as you pour your first cup of coffee, mountain ridges cutting a clean line against the desert sky just beyond the windows. By evening, the pace shifts - settle into the sectional, pour something from the built-in bar, or let the indoor fireplace take the edge off a cool desert night. This Palm Desert home is built for the kind of stay where you genuinely switch off.

Living space
The open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas without interruption, making the space feel easy and uncluttered. A large sectional and 65` smart TV anchor the living room, with a built-in bar and indoor mini putting mat adding character to the space. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and central heating keep things comfortable as desert temperatures shift between day and night.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 4 guests across two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a 50` smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, a 50` smart TV, and access to a full bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided throughout.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen comes equipped with quartz worktops, stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, cooking basics, and everything you need to put a proper meal together. The dining table seats up to 6, giving you room to spread out whether you`re eating in or hosting a low-key evening. A blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils round out the setup.

Outdoor & community access
The private backyard - unfenced and open - has outdoor furniture, a dining area, and a gas BBQ grill ready for evenings outside. Through the Monterey Country Club community, you`ll have access to a shared outdoor pool and shared hot tub, both heated and open year-round, 24 hours a day. The pool is kept around 84 degrees in winter, with the hot tub pre-set to 101 degrees. A golf cart is included for getting around the community, and the clubhouse restaurant is also available to guests. Note that the golf course itself is private.

Amenities & essentials
The home has Wifi, Ethernet connection, a TV, and a dedicated workspace in a common space. In-unit washing machine and dryer, iron, hangers, and clothing storage take care of practical needs. Home safety features include exterior security cameras, a front door Ring camera, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. A Pack `n play/travel cot is available upon request. Free driveway parking for 2 vehicles and self check-in via keypad make arrival easy.

Location
Situated in Palm Desert within the Monterey Country Club, the home is close to La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and the Empire Polo Grounds. Highway 111 puts shopping and dining within quick reach, and Palm Springs is a short drive away.

Things to know
Check in is after 4pm local time, and check out is 11am. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation.
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
During the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees.
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have postbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

Pet policy
No cats, dogs allowed for a 150 fee.
