Sleeping Arrangements



Primary Bedroom – King-sized bed, ample closet space, and direct access to a full bathroom.



Second Bedroom – Queen-sized bed, bright natural light, and cozy design touches.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and plenty of space to refresh after a day of golf, hiking, or poolside lounging. No smoking anywhere inside the property.



Kitchen & Dining

Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen featuring an electric range, gas oven, Keurig and Mr. Coffee machines, Nutribullet, air fryer, microwave, and tea kettle. All cookware, utensils, glassware, and dishes are provided.



Living Area

The spacious, open-concept living room features a plush sectional, Roku Smart TV, wet bar with glassware, record player, board games, and books — perfect for relaxing nights in. The property also has a bonus den.

Step outside to your private patio with a gas grill, seating area, and peaceful desert vibes — ideal for a morning coffee or evening BBQ.



Pool Access

Enjoy two shared pools just a one-minute walk away, open year-round and heated seasonally from November to April (8 AM–10 PM). Please no glass in pool areas.



Laundry

A washer and dryer are located near the garage, with detergent and basic supplies provided.



Parking

Up to four vehicles can park on-site via the garage and driveway. The speed limit for vehicles within Monterey Country Club is 25 MPH and it is enforced with radar. Those that speed may be ticketed.



WiFi & Entertainment

High-speed WiFi throughout, with Roku-enabled TVs in the living room and each bedroom. (Please use your own streaming logins.)
