You have access to the entire home and it is not shared with any other guests. There is a guard gated entry with 24 hour security. Per City of Palm Desert law, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID directly to the host prior to check-in. After verification, your names will be left at the front gate and will be given a parking pass for the duration of your stay. We have fully covered two cars garage and driveway. There is free street parking.

The thermostat may also be "locked" into a range by the owner. This policy automatically goes into effect whenever the outdoor temperature is forecasted to reach 97°F (36°C) or higher.
