Enjoy stunning decor and cozy furniture while taking in all the desert has to offer! Enjoy the beautiful spa and pool, and be sure to inquire about heating options and fees! -25 year age minimum for booking
-No pets allowed
-30 night minimum
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed
-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.
-Ring doorbell with motion sensored video and surveillance camera facing exterior right and left side yards
