This beautiful property features 3 bedrooms with a king bed, queen bed, 2 sofa beds in den, along with 2 bathrooms (one equipped with a bidet), shower/tub, hair and body wash products. Enjoy the cool living space with an additional sofa bed for extra comfort.
The community is well landscaped and maintained to include social and vibrant neighbors. Sip a beverage of your choice in or out of the 4 sparkling pools and 2 spas. Pool 1 goes to 8’! Home is equipped with pool toys and towels. There is also tennis and of course pickle ball!
Need to do some remote work? Den is set up with monitor and keyboard/mouse. Just plug and play.
This home is located across from the entrance of The Living Desert Museum and just a mile from El Paseo Drive loaded with restaurants and shopping.
Less than 30 minute drive from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP).

Leave front gate fob/card on kitchen counter. Please lock all doors leading to exterior including front, kitchen, slider and garage door.
Place key(s) back in lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
Garbage/Recyle Day is every Tuesday. Please set bins to the end of court on the side (do not block driveway) no later than Tuesday morning.
Please do not set AC below 75 degrees.
