"This place was clean and everything was there that we needed. The resort itself is beautiful with the pool and hot tub, game room, and other family friendly options. I felt safe allowing my teens to wander on their own. The drawback to this resort is you have literally nothing to do at night. You have to drive everywhere and St. Augustine is a 30 drive or Daytona 30 minutes the other way. I loved it for the relaxing atmosphere and for younger kids this place would be great! For the olders, I will wait until they can drive their own rental car"

"This property was wonderful and a great place for our family of four and our two dogs. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with anything you needed for those home cooked meals. The beds were very comfortable, the pool was so warm and relaxing. Neighborhood was nice and friendly - everyone would wave and say hi. The park at the end of the street was as a nice treat that we all enjoyed. Very conveniently located less than a mile from Publix and other stores. And to top it off watching the March madness games in the screened in porch was so fun. Would highly recommend this rental and may be one of our families favorites to date. "

"No complaints. It was fresh smelling upon arrival, everything was neat and clean! Kitchen was well stocked and decor was not overdone. Pool area could have been given a little more cleaning around edges and lots of cobwebs. But not complaining just an observation. Also, the master bath should have more places for hanging towels. None by sinks and the one in alcove is not easily accessible. Very satisfied with this beautiful home. Cannot comment on pool as was too cold to use"

"Great property! The kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fishing from the dock. We paddle boarded and kayaked right from the back yard! Beach was a short 15 minute drive away. Plenty of space, beds and furniture very comfortable. Highly recommend!"
