"This is an excellent hotel. Everything is at the kind of quality you would expect for a 5* hotel - the breakfast was particularly good. However, it is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff that stood out for us - everyone seemed to go the extra mile to be helpful, considerate, welcoming, friendly and courteous. "Great pool upstairs, nice restaurant, friendly staff and very helpful. The food was good and the drinks even better! Walkable to all things st. Julian’s, so many places to eat and shop… the room itself was so pleasant. Very new and clean and the daily cleaning was well done. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. Overall 10/10."
"I've stayed in a few hotels around St Julian's but this is the first time I've gone as a family with small kids. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast selection in our section was great. Gym facilties are very good, there is a games area for kids with PlayStation, TV and some other games though the arcade machine needs a bit of attention. Room service was really fast, good value for money and surprisingly tasty. The area is very busy and is mainly full of tourists. The is no hotel parking but I was able to find a parking spot everyday within 5 minutes walk which was free. There is a car park next door but I think it is €15 a day. I would definitely recommend it. If you're young the clubs and bars outside are everywhere plus the is the usual western fast food places. 5 stars from me as the kids were happy. "
