"Check in is an absolute nightmare in this hotel. They have a virtual agent who will tell you check in can't be early (it can depending on if room is ready) also told by Zoe virtual agent that no place to leave luggage while waiting for room. Another lie there is a storage space downstairs. Can be noisy event after I told them I was autistic still no help. On the plus side the property has coffee maker and free breakfast etc"

"Was a lovey place and the pool was nice but could use new sun loungers. We paid for a queen room with pool view but was put in a family room, 3 single beds, then when asked was only moved to a double (without pool view). Breakfast selection was toast with toppings and cereal, a coffee machine and juices also. It states free toiletries upon booking, but they do not supply or have any at the hotel. It is a nice hotel, amazing staff, very peaceful and quite. We would return again."

"Location was perfect walking distance to the night life . Make sure you stop for breakfast in the morning and please talk to Michael. He’s a wealth of knowledge of the island. Give him four minutes of your time every day and he knows the dues and don’ts this guy is definitely an asset to the hotel. He made our trip much better by guiding us where to go and we’re not to thanks again Michael we will be back."
