"We had a great stay at the Boathouse. The location is excellent and the place is unique. The ferry is right next door, which can be a little noisy for some, but we loved the harbour experience with the boats floating past our patio. The place has everything you need, it's very neat and we will return for sure. We had a memorable time!"

"The view of the harbor from the 2nd story porch was very picturesque - the noise from the boats or the ferry never bothered us. There was a general store nearby for some supplies, but most shopping required a bigger store. The location was near enough to Paihia for restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking. "Robert’s apartment was ideal for our 9 day stay in Paihia. Loads of room in the apartment, and the location couldn’t have been better. We could walk to everything in town. The kitchen was well appointed, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was updated. Robert was responsive to all our questions and most accommodating.
