It's hard to say which is better, the house or the location! Remodeled to the studs in '18, this modern, southwestern home is less than two blocks from Downtown Pagosa (walk to restaurants and the springs) but boasts views out of every window that make you feel like you're out in the wilderness! High-end furnishings (leather couches, Moroccan rugs, top-of-the-line appliances, modern fireplace, steam shower, two outdoor gas firepits) and attention to detail will greet you at every turn.
