  • Imagine sitting on the deck of this gorgeous log home enjoying the sounds of the majestic San Juan River, surrounded by mature pine trees. Grazing deer, leaping trout and chirping squirrels are only a few of the local residents in this Riverfront community. Home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6. Additional Garage Apt has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and sleeps 5. Apt is included in the price. You can fish from your backyard & located on the way to Wolf Creek ski resort or Treasure Falls. Only 20 minutes to Tacos and Beer at Riff Raff on the Rio in the quaint town of Pagosa Springs. COME STAY WITH US!

    This home will allow up to TWO well behaved dogs. The pet fee is $150 PER pet.

Great riverfront cabin

Cabin was in a great location in a pleasant neighborhood. It was a great place to stay for a ski trip with friends. The property's cleanliness left a bit to be desired, as the upstairs bedroom had lots of dead flies by the windows, and was full of cobwebs, indicating it hadn't been dusted in quite a while. The upstairs bedroom has beautiful full-length windows, which is great in the day, but with no curtains, keeps the room uncomfortably bright at night.
