Nestled in a quiet neighborhood west of town, you'll be ideally situated right between Lake Pagosa and Wyndham's Village Lake, just minutes from the Pagosa Springs Golf Club, the Gate 5 Hiking Area, and a variety of local groceries and dining options. Chimney Rock National Monument is just 18 miles down the road. Downtown Pagosa Springs shops, galleries, and the hot springs are six miles away. The Wolf Creek Ski Area is 30 miles north.

We thought the house was very fresh, clean and comfortable. We were concerned if there would be dog odors since it is advertised as dog-friendly, but there were no odor issues at all.

Large home in a beautiful neighborhood

The house was very spacious and the outdoor covered seating was utilized multiple times daily. Very convinient location for getting around Pagosa. The house had no real AC other than a small protable unit. which couldn't keep up with the mid 90's temps outside. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for our family vacation!

This home was a perfect retreat in the woods. We saw deer most days, lots of birds, and we even got a good view of the recent comet at sunset! A well-equipped kitchen made meal prep easy(would be perfect for a family gathering) with plenty of dishes, glassware, and utensils. Furniture was comfortable and the house was spacious. The home is close to central Pagosa and also to the main roads to access hiking and fishing spots. The neighborhood walking path is a lovely way to get your steps! We will be back to our favorite Pagosa Springs and this gem of a house on Garnet Court.

This was a great house for our family, it was much bigger than we thought. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped. It was clean and cozy for a great week in the mountains. We had a great time and definitely recommend!

The house was great. There was actually more room than stated. The only thing we were disappointed in was that it stated garage was accessible-it was not. It was pet friendly but we left our fur babies at home this trip. We would definitely stay here again. The home was quiet, clean and comfortable for us.
