**Kayaks are available for use once we have received a filled out liability release form per user.**

Fishing Permits are required if planning to use the lake to fish. They can be acquired from the PLPOA Admin office (230 Port Ave.) or the Pagosa Lakes Rec Center (45 Eagles Loft Cir.) You can call the admin office (m-f 8am-5pm) ahead of time, pay over the phone with a credit card, and pick up your passes at your convenience.

No swimming is permitted in the lakes as lake weed is prevalent and can snag a person. Small boats are allowed with permit.

Should guests be visiting during winter months expect snow! Please ensure the vehicle you are using has 4-wheel drive capabilities. Refunds will not be issued because of weather. (Unless previously discussed and authorized by management.)

Pagosa Springs is historic in nature and is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest. Hiking trails, views, adventure and journeys all await the wondering guest. We like to boast the most snow in Colorado and we happen to be the location for the world's deepest geo-thermal Mother Spring.

There is no end to the adventure here for the daily traveler. Hike, bike, raft, kayak, paddle board, tube, or drive through our wonderous and beautiful small mountain town. We promise you won't regret your stay here in beautiful Pagosa Springs!
Guests will be provided access codes and check in information 48 Hrs. prior to arrival.
You will enter the home using the access code for a keyless entry lock. You will first press the two numbers already lit up on the keypad, followed by the code you received.
This home is located in the heart of Uptown Pagosa Springs, on Village Lake and near all the uptown amenities'. We are close to several local restaurants, City Market and Walmart, so you're sure to feel the convenience. The home is near fishing lakes and the Recreational Center. The home is just 10 minutes from historic downtown Pagosa Springs and the Wolf Creek Ski Area is only 40 minutes away. A prime location for tranquility and convenience!

Guests will have access to the entire home including garage, yard, and access to Village Lake. (permits required for fishing)
