Number Four - Piran View – Sleeps 4 – Outside Space – Parking
10/10 Excellent
"We thoroughly enjoyed our brief 4 night stay in this excellent lodge. This is probably the nicest lodge we have stayed in and my wife and i both instantly felt at home in the luxurious surroundings. The lodge was very clean and well equipped too and had the novelty of a lovely little study area great for relaxation and enjoying the views. The outdoor decking was great too with 2 separate sets of patio furniture plus an additional garden at the side of the lodge equipped with sun loungers and a picnic bench. The location on this beautiful site is excellent also, it is very peaceful with lovely countryside views down towards the Camel estuary. Also the position is great for nearness to the onsite restaurant "Craftworks" which we found to be very good and not over priced too. Also it is handy for the dog exercise area and reception also. Location for Padstow is great approx 5 mins by car or a 25 minute walk using the footpath from the site. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable break and we cannot wait to return. "
"Friendly family run hotel. Perhaps a little dated but the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. And a decent shower
Staff were very friendly and helpful .
The hotel is just a five minute walk across fields from Trevone beach and coast path so ideally located for what we wanted.
Padstow is walkable. We took the longer coastal route, 6 to 8 miles depending which path you take. Coming back, we took the shorter 2 mile-route across the fields.
We stayed in Trevone for the evening to eat at the Beachside Café and listen to some local live music.
A very enjoyable stay.

Air conditioned 4 double bed bungalow in quiet location with EV point + parking

"Jessica was very accommodating and always answered questions immediately prior to our arrival and was on hand across the road during our stay. Polbrock was clean and very accommodating with lots of high end equipment and an abundance of all the essentials needed, towels, toilet rolls washing liquid dishwasher and washer tabs, kitchen roll. Beds also extremely comfortable. The location is excellent with lovely morning walks taking our dog to the beach just a short walk before 10 am a coffee at the beach cafe and then carrying on along the beautiful coastal paths. A very enjoyable week and would highly recommend thank you "
A Delightful 19th Century Beamed Cottage In Trevone Bay, 3 Mins From The Beach
8/10 Good
"Nice old beamed cottage half way up the hill in Tevone. Great beach nearby, also close to Padstow. Local pub (Wellparc) is quite run down, but there is also Rick Steins cornish arms relatively nearby and of course padstow. Cottage is on the snug side for a family of four, it is an old cottage after all. The living room ceiling is low anyone who might be over about 5’8 may need to duck the beams. The shower (downstairs bathroom) was a bit temperamental, but setting heat to 0 and turning it on and off again did the trick, sometimes after a few attempts. Reasonably equipped kitchen. Otherwise all fine."
