Unique location
Eighteen day stay whilst attending the World Model model aerobatics Championships. Staff are truly top notch and the restaurant has excellent food. The buildings are quite a unique setup and have a certain charm Although in some areas they are showing their age. During a couple of quite amazing thunderstorms my window leaked and you could feel the wind through various gaps. The rooms aren’t huge but the beds were comfortable. The shower is just adequate in size and the head leaked a fair bit. The different bbqs, both beef and pigs on a spot in a massive purpose built bbq area in the outside bar were a highlight. Great location with very good parking and grounds. Thank you to all of the staff who treated us like family.

A great hotel for a stay near lake Garda
A beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, nice garden, polite and friendly stuff. The pools were great, but also lake Garda beach is only 10 minutes walk away from the hotel. The hotel restaurant offers tasty food. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

This is a really nice hotel, with friendly staff and excellent swimming facilities. Medium sized, with dated decor but everything works perfect. Breakfast ok for Italian standards! Great location away from the main road.

A nice and relaxing place to stay.
Nice layout with plenty of room to relax in both the room itself and the hotel's extensive grounds/pool area. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay without exception.

This hotel was much nicer than we were expecting, the room was very spacious, we were a party of 2 adults and 2 children, the room was clean and well stocked with toileteries and the two pairs of disposable slippers were handy, can't really comment on breakfast as we over slept and ran in at last minute. Pools and garden area were lovely, with table tennis, volley ball, soccer and boules available. Mini bar in the room was stocked with only 4 bottles of water which we thought were complimentary due to the heat - 40', only to discover they were €2 a bottle on check out, there was nothing to indicate in the room that they were not complimentary.

Wir waren zu dritt (2 Erwachsene und ein Kind 13) in dem Hotel. Sehr schöne Poolanlage, sehr großer Garten mit Fußballfeld, Volleballplatz, Tischtennis, usw. War richtig erholsam, auch wenn wir nur 4 Tage dort waren. Sehr freundliches Personal, uns hat es sehr gefallen. Michael

Vi nød virkelig vores ophold på West Garda Hotel. Der var rent og pænt over det hele. Personalet var virkelig servicemindede og morgenmaden var lækker og varieret. Værelserne var forholdsvist lydte og ved brug af bruseren på badeværelset bliver det mest af gulvet vådt, men ikke noget der ødelagde vores ophold. Dejligt sted

Grande cortesia del personale e ampi spazi esterni rendono la struttura un posto molto accogliente per famiglie. La sala colazione disposta in modo un po’ confusionario, con dolci e salati non adeguatamente distinti ma complessiva vari e di qualità. La posizione ottima per raggiungere in auto Desenzano. Hotel comodo e in buona posizione
West Garda Hotel si trova vicino al Lago raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi, e non distante dal centro di Padenghe, ha un ampio parcheggio, le camere sono ampie , l’ambiente è confortevole e, almeno fuori stagione, il silenzio regna sovrano. Colazione buona, basta chiedere e sarete accontentati. Non ho provato il ristorante in quanto chiuso, proverò la prossima volta

Bella posizione, ma un po' datato.
L'hotel è comodo, pulito e ben strutturato. Si mangia bene e la colazione è ricca, anche se manca un caffè fatto al momento anziché dalla macchina. La gestione all'arrivo è lasciata a personale non troppo professionale: gli addetti alla reception non sapevano dove si trovavano le camere. La mia camera 269 aveva una scala ripida subito davanti all'apertura che rendeva entrata e uscita molto pericolose. Si potrebbe modificare l'apertura della porta verso l'interno. Bella e curata la piscina.

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Hotelanlage und Umgebung
Wir (Paar) waren im Juli 2016 für eine Woche im Hotel West Garda. Wir haben das Zimmer nur 36 Stunden vor Ankunft gebucht und waren nicht wenig überrascht, eines der wenigen Balkonzimmer mit direktem Blick auf den Gardasee zu bekommen. Das Zimmer lag direkt direkt über der Rezeption und schien erst kürzlich renoviert worden zu sein. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Das Bad war etwas älter, aber schön groß und mit Fön und ausreichend Handtüchern (pro Person 3 plus 2 Bodenmatten) ausgestattet. Im gesamten Hotel hat man WLan, auch am Pool. Zu Spitzenzeiten ist es allerdings überlastet. Größere Internetseiten ließen sich dann nicht laden, aber Whatsapp und Facebook funktionierten dennoch. Oft half dann, ein anderes Netzwerk auszuwählen. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und die Bettwäsche mehrmals pro Woche gewechselt (wäre meiner Ansicht nach gar nicht immer nötig gewesen). Wie weiter unten beschrieben, wird ein stark zitronenhaltiges Putzmittel verwendet. Das roch stark, aber nicht unangenehm. Im Zweifel kann man auch den Badlüfter einschalten und das Fenster öffnen. Unsere Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und ließ sich in einen Ecomodus stellen, bei dem man sie so gut wie gar nichts hörte oder den Windzug spürte. Dadurch, dass die Zimmer mit herkömmlichen Schlüsseln verschlossen werden, konnte man die KA auch bei Abwesenheit laufen lassen und so war es im er schön frisch im Zimmer. Im Übrigen wurde - als wir da waren - die KA in Zimmer 218 erneuert.
