Neighbors are friendly neighborhood quiet. Some concerns no curtains or blinds for privacy. Two men showed up on the grounds to clean the gardens without notice. The driveway is steep. I had a jeep wrangler. Better to use a smaller all wheel drive vehicle. But other than that. Fantastic."
