New Coastal Home🐠 Steps to pier🐢 16mins to SFO✈️

Newly remodeled home is located 0.2 mile away from Pacifica Municipal Pier and Sharp Park Beach where beach lovers and surfers visit. This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath upstair unit in a quiet fourplex. This home is a block away from ocean/pier/beach/trail, restaurants, shops and more. It is 10 miles away from SFO, and SF piers.

Three bedrooms and one bathroom upstair unit. A flight of stairs will lead you to our home. All the bedrooms have new foam mattresses, new linens and pillows. We have a new smart TV, smart refrigerator, smart range, smart washer/dryer and smart switches into this smart apartment. You will be able to control TV, W/D, lights by voice. Each bedroom is equipped with smart home display, which you can control appliances and lights over your voice. There is an open style living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living area has games to play and a 70 inch TV with Netflix.

We share one wall with our neighbor and have a downstairs neighbor in the bedrooms area. Please keep your sound/movement low after 9 pm.

We have installed outdoor security cameras. Please kindly let us know if you are expecting visitors. Any extra guests even if they do not spend the night or pets are subject to a charge of $200 per day per guest unless approved.

We are excited for you to stay here, but please read ALL house rules before booking. There will be a $500 fine for breaking house rules. Thanks!

Guests will have the whole apartment except one closet in the hallway, which has been used as our storage room.

Other things to note
Similar to the majority of homes in the area, our residence does not have air conditioning. However, with the cooler local temperatures, opening the windows allows ocean breezes to naturally cool the space.

Any unregistered guests or pets, regardless of overnight stay, will incur a fee of $200 per day per guest/pet, unless prior approval has been granted.
