"Once in the hotel room, everything was great but getting to that point was difficult. On the first night, We asked 3 different times for a rollaway bed (at check-in + called the front desk) but they never brought it. We finally gave up and created a make shift bed with the sofa cushions for our 4 year old to sleep on. When dropping the car off, the parking team stood around for 5 mins just talking to each other. I had to walk in and go to the front desk, with all of our bags, just to have them...

"Very convenient. Rooftop bar was fun. Only negatives is we couldn’t check in earlier than 4pm and then even after 4pm we had to check with the desk to get our room because the text that is was ready “didn’t go through”. Also it was discovered late at night after we got home that our AC in the room didn’t work. Staff was very friendly and accommodating "

I had mentioned it was my wifes birthday not expecting much other than an acknowledgement but Erin Berg Guest Experience Mangager and welcome desk staff surprised us with a delivery of balloons and few gifts to our room for my wife which really made our stay even more amazing.
