Easy check in and the rooms were clean and very affordable.
We’ve stayed here previously because of how convenient the check in is. We use it as a halfway point for our roadtrips. This time though, we received a room that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests (bed was unmade, dirty towels on the floor, etc) Luckily, they have staff service 24 hours and they were able to quickly give us another room.
Nice cabin – type room, felt brand new. I found the bed to be very comfortable. They were able to accommodate my dog and there is a nice pet area. I like lodging like this where you can park your vehicle right in front of your room. It makes loading and unloading so much easier.
Yes, very clean room, all needed was there.

I really like all the hooks and hangars and counter space they have in each room. I ski so every day I can hang up all my gear to dry out. The beds are very comfortable also. The rooms and surroundings are clean also.

I typically stay with friends here but needed a break and to give them the space during the holidays.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the keyless entry was easy to use. The location was very convenient—close to the freeway, downtown, and central Mount Shasta, with easy access across to the mountain via Lake Street.
I received quick, helpful responses to any questions or requests I had. The staff was kind, welcoming, and very accommodating.
Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.
A water pipe burst just before we got there, so the manager gave us a deluxe room. It was roomy and very clean. Its close to the park forest trails. I would stay here again.
Great place to stay in Shasta. Easy distance to hikes, activities and town. No coffee in the room, and the paint scheme is a little dark but very comfy room otherwise
