"This was the best included breakfast we have ever had. Food was fresh and had many options in both hot and cold offerings. I loved that it was treated like a restaurant where they found you a table and chairs. The staff was plentiful and so very friendly. The hotel was within easy waking distance to Pier 39, a walgrens and the big Ferris wheel. Just a lovely hotel. "

"This Hilton property has 6 Towers: Lagoon, Rainbow, Tapa, Ali’i, Kalia and Diamond Head. We booked a room with ocean view without knowing the condition of the condition of the buildings and got a room at Diamond Head, which was the only building that has not been renovated since it was built. The rest of the towers have been renovated we were told. The room was spacious but felt like staying at a two star hotel that had not maintained for decades. The bathtub and bathroom had a pipe blockage problem, and water would accumulate in the bathtub and the bathroom sink. To move to a renovated tower we had to pay USD90 per night! Avoid a room at Diamond Head!"
