"Overall, our stay was okay, but one issue was very disappointing. The hotel does not provide complimentary toothbrushes, so guests have to purchase them from a vending machine. Unfortunately, the machine was not working and could not process our card payment. Since we had forgotten to bring our toothbrushes, we ended up having no way to brush our teeth that night. For such a basic necessity, I think the hotel should either provide complimentary toothbrushes upon request or make sure the vending machine is always working. This was quite inconvenient and definitely affected our stay."

"We were upgraded to Sheraton Parkway Toronto North hotel and suites. The staffs were nice and polite. The place was very clean , spacious, quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We were very satisfied."

"The room was clean and presentable, the housekeepers never restocked my coffee bar, my cups and I had to ask over and over for towels after it was know that I booked with two adults and two kids. The breakfast needs to be updated just pastry’s and bread is not a continental breakfast. For eggs you have to pay more! I’ve been to cheaper hotels that have a better and more extensive breakfast. Overall it was an okay stay but could of been much better."

"Super friendly and helpful staff. Even gifted my 5yo daughter some small toys on both days we stayed, which absolutely made her day. We always stay at Delta whenever we come visit Markham area, and the hotel just keeps proving us right."

"Great and friendly host and very quick to reply with our needs. Very good spot for big families looking for adventure in Toronto. Only 40-50 minutes away from city and good little drive to Markham. We only stayed one night and we enjoyed it. The only negative is some aesthetics and cleanliness wasn’t the best and overall it was a 4/5 stay."

"The accommodation in Markham was ideal for my stay in Greater Toronto. The basement apartment was very clean and comfortable and had all of the main amenities including a washing machine and dryer. Soroush was an excellent host and was very welcoming. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for good accommodation in the Greater Toronto area at a reasonable price."
