"I had a very disappointing experience from check-in to check-out.
I arrived only about a 1.5 hour before the official check-in time (3 PM), and it was very clear that my room—and others—were already ready since the hotel was not busy at all. I was extremely tired and politely asked the receptionist if I could check in a bit early, but she refused. What made it worse was that about 20 minutes later, while I was still waiting, she allowed another guest to check in early. Only after I complained...
