  • Location, location, location! The Pacific Ocean is at the end of the street, and Pacific Grove’s walkable downtown is two blocks away (park your car - you may never need it). The living is easy in this spacious five-bedroom home: the main living areas are on the lower floor, along with the kitchen, dining room, laundry, a bath with a shower, a powder room and two bedrooms (one Queen, two Twins). A staircase leads to the upper floor, with three bedrooms (one Queen, two Twins, and one King) along with a full bath with a tub/shower.   The home is equipped with six Samsung smart TVs with YouTube streaming and DVR functionality. YouTube offers live TV, news and sports on over 85 channels (you may also log into your personal accounts, such as Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Hulu or Disney+).    Built in 1895, and completely updated, this is country coastal living at its best. You’re steps away from the coastal recreational trail (walk or bike to the Aquarium, Cannery Row, and Fisherman’s Wharf). Lover’s Point, a sheltered white sand beach (and a haven for surfers, kayakers and scuba divers)—is a few minutes away. Here you’ll find a park, a volleyball court, and a seasonal kiddie pool along with a café, a grill, and The Beach House restaurant (check out their “Sunset Supper” specials).  When you’re not at the beach you can stroll to the weekly farmer’s market, library, museum, and downtown shops, restaurants and galleries… or hop in your car to explore scenic 17-Mile Drive, Pebble Beach, Carmel, and Big Sur.   Pacific Grove Transient Use License #0457

Fantastic location and view!

This is a great property for family or friends looking for a great gathering spot for a vacation. The location is incredible and close to so many excellent activities and the beautiful nature the area has to offer. Nicely equipped kitchen and bathrooms are modern and updated.

Pacific Grove Beach House

Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom amenities. The beds were very comfortable. Living rooms were spacious. We especially liked the location, close to the beach and walking trails, and the aquarium.

Girlfriends Getaway

We loved the house and the location! We enjoyed being able to just walk down the street to access the lovely walking path along the bay. The house is close to great restaurants and lots of shops. There were 5 of us and we each had our own bedroom. The beds and pillows were very comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House for Big Group

We booked this house for the groom and groomsmen to stay for the wedding weekend. The amount of space, beds, and bathrooms was perfect for a large group of adult males. Plus the location is amazing! Highly recommend for a weekend getaway with friends or family.

Great house in a great location

We had adult family member, 3 couples and a single for 7 people total. The house had plenty of space and was an easy 1 block from the beachfront trail. We could walk into town and walk and ride bikes easily without having to get in the car. The house was clean and well supplied. Everything was in good woking order. We really enjoyed our stay.

60th Family Celebration

We had an amazing time in Pacific Grove golfing at Spyglass and Spanish Bay for my husband’s 60th birthday! The house had EVERYTHING! Even supplies to make a birthday cake! My family and I would recommend staying here as it’s only a block from the ocean and a nice walk into town . Very close to Pebble Beach as well. Pacific Grove property has everything!!!

Location, location, location! Walk to town, walk to ocean, walk to aquarium a little further but so doable! Property pristine clean, well stocked kitchen for 8 people, comfortable beds with wonderful pillows and linens, bathrooms with fluffy white towels. We were in heaven!! Several TV’s so kids were happy, too. An extraordinary property!

A lovely gathering place

Our three generation family flew in from across the US to spend a long weekend in Pacific Grove. The house is quite roomy and well appointed. The grandkids loved the quirky nooks, twin bedrooms, and large living spaces. Much of downtown Pacific Grove is within walking distance, as are parks and Lovers' Point on the bay. There is no yard at the house to speak of, but several parks are within a 6 block radius. We'd love to spend more time at this rental, should the occasion arise.

Six of my USF School of Nursing classmates & I returned to Michelle’s amazingly clean, bright & welcoming Pacific Grove home to celebrate our 80th Birthdays!! Not only is the home outfitted with every comfort & amenity, but it’s only a short (1-2 block) walk to restaurants, shops & THE BEACH! Worked for us

Although the reservation was supposed to be for 10 adults and children, it ended up being for four adults and two children. The house is very very nice. The location worked perfectly for our family activities. The only downside is that it is on the corner of Central Avenue and there is lots of street noise. Using a sound machine and night really helped and no issues.

Best VRBO I've stayed!

This is by far the best VRBO stay I've had. First the communication w Michelle was proactive and informative. Check-in was so easy. The house is in great shape - newly renovated, clean, clean, clean. The only amenities you should bring on your own are cooking condiments. They have a few but bring your own oil, butter, seasonings, ketchup etc. Otherwise kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked. The area is great - walking trail w great views just a block away and near shops. Check-out is pretty standard - start dishwasher, washer w towels and take out the trash/recycling. Highly recommend.

Great location, just down the street from a nice boardwalk along the bay and a few streets from Pacific Grove's shops, parks, and farmer's market (on mondays). House is comfortable with lots of beds and a nice big sofa. A few issues that might want to be looked into; automatic blinds stick in place and aren't easy to re-set. The upstairs blinds that can be pushed up or down manually are preferable. Fridge filter water doesn't work so make a note of that; nice that you provided a manual water filter in the fridge. Kitchen is well-stocked; Placemats should be washed.
