This relaxed, coastal home is just one block from the sand and offers one of the most dynamic rooftop decks around — with ocean views, a fire pit, string lights, and plenty of space to gather for sunset cocktails or morning coffee.

Inside, the home has been recently refreshed with bright paint and cozy coastal details. With three comfortable bedrooms (king, queen, and two twins), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-concept living/dining area, it's an easy space to settle into and enjoy. Dogs are welcome, too — we’ve stocked everything you need to make your stay simple and fun.

Beach gear is included, Wi-Fi is fast, parking is easy (garage for one small car, and space for an SUV out front), and the whole place was made for making memories.

Super clean and pet friendly for our dogs who stayed. The walk to the beach was a dream as we went for all the days we stayed. Communication was excellent and they even left an extra Dyson fan for us as the house as it was very warm at Oxnard. Definitely recommend!
