"The staff did their job, my main concern when i got there is the additional $100 deposit fee I got charged. It’s been a week since I have stayed there and i have not been refunded that fee as they said they would refund as soon as I checked out; I’m still waiting. I talked to my bank and they said it’s up to the hotel company to process it and it should arrive soon to my account; I’m still waiting. If I don’t receive it by this following Monday I will be contacting both parties to again resolve this easy issue that is taking longer than told. Other than that the hotel was clean and comfortable, room was worth it simple and clean. My only issue is the their word on sending refund for deposit fee. I wouldn’t stay here again though, I have not had this issue with other hotels in the area."
