Some with baths and others with showers but as you mention they all are a really good size. As you mention, we are indeed located on the main road which runs through Woodstock, however we have lots of different ensuite rooms available for our guests to choose from, and our bedrooms facing the main road all have double glazing which successfully eliminates road noise. We are also sorry you found our drinks expensive, however our prices are also in keeping with all the other hotels in Woodstock. We look forward to hopefully being able to welcome you again one day in the future.

We do have rooms on the ground floor for guests not wishing to climb stairs, however these need to be requested when making the reservation.We hope you will return to visit one day and we look forward to welcoming you.

Our hot cooked to order breakfast as well as our continental breakfast buffet table are all sourced from local Artisan producers and freshly prepared on site by our breakfast chef. We were very concerned to read your comments and have made extensive enquiries as to how this was possible as both the rooms you were allocated could have been turned into a twin if that was what you wanted. It has transpired that you booked direct through Expedia/Hotels.com so if you spoke to anyone it would have been them when you made your booking.. The booking for these rooms came direct from the Expedi to us and there is no mention of a Twin b edded room,or indeed one room only. Both rooms were booked separately through the OTA. .There is no way a member of our Reception team would have tried to sell you two rooms when one would have been suitable. Also we take extensive notes following telephone conversations and there is no record of your call. As for maximising revenue there is no need for us to do that as we are always fully booked every weekend. It is always better to book direct with the hotel as not only is it cheaper but you can make sure the room(s) are exactly what you want.
