Lovely 2 bedroom brand new flat in Oxford

A newly built beautiful two-bedroom apartment with private balcony, located in a quiet area within the Marston area of Oxford close to the Town Centre, Summertown and the John Radcliffe Hospital. Private car parking available within the apartment grounds. Marston is 42-minutes driving distance from Heathrow Airport.

Next to the apartments is a corner shop and hairdressers. A Co-op supermarket and Post Office is 5-minutes by walk. Other local shops, pubs, and restaurants are approximately 15-mins walk away. Oxford town centre is approx. a ten min drive, or a 40 min walk. Public transport is available with a direct bus route into the centre. Bus stop is within two minutes’ walk. Headington is within 20-minute walking distance.

Headington is known to have the greatest number of charity shops in Oxfordshire. The famous Headington Shark is also here. Magdalen College and Bridge are 5 minutes by car and less than 20-minutes by walk and another 5 minutes will take you on to the old Oxford Town Centre, The Covered Market and the new Westgate Shopping Centre.

Lovely flat in nice quiet neighborhood

The apartment was nice and in a great location. The Checkin was a little tedious as we never initially received Checkin information and had to specifically reach out and request it. Then we weren’t given the code to the lockbox and had to reach out again to get that. Right after we arrived, we discovered a window latch that was already damaged and we immediately reached out to notify the manager so they were aware and could repair it before it got worse. He tried to claim it hadn’t been that way previously but it was that way when we arrived and we were giving him the courtesy of letting him know about it to help him prevent further damage as it wasn’t obvious unless you tired to open that window. All in all it was a nice stay

Great house, clean and well appointed with good parking. Absolutely no complaints with the home or the check in process. The issue was its proximity (or lack thereof) to Oxford center or having any cafes or restaurants near by. Its location meant that any foray into Oxford even for good eating options needed you to drive in (it’s a 40 minute walk otherwise) and taking a car into Oxford isn’t a great experience.

Worked well for us…

A well appointed flat as stated. The building too is quite new and well kept.We loved being able to walk in to the centre of Oxford in around 35 mins (despite the weather) but did look at using Uber or Bolt, neither of which serve the area interestingly… at least when we visited.Nice place to stay.

Lovely flat

Flat was lovely, we particularly enjoyed the balcony as rhe weather was warm. However, there was no local information (takeaways, bus routes, places to visit etc) available in the property which would have been useful. What to do with the rubbish and recycling was unclear and the host was not helpful with this. Also, check in information had to be chased and was received at the last minute.Please also note, there is no hot tub.

Nice place

We hadden 5 nachten geboekt met 4 p. Mooi en schoon appartement . Fijne bedden, moderne keuken. Jammer dat er geen eethoek was met stoelen om aan te eten. En wc stond in de badkamer. Klein minpuntje.
