"We went by all the positive feedback on the hotel when booking and can happily add to those! Hotel has obviously undergone change over many years; updates and upgrades to an older hotel on the harbor. Rooms were clean, hallways, parking lot and breakfast area as well. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Provided breakfast was typical for what I expected of an included amenity, but definitely better than many others I’ve had at other hotels and food never ran out! The single elevator made it tricky at times to get to our room on the 4th floor expediently, but it was never a huge deal. Views from our room (we had a double queen with balcony) of the harbor were nice! My wife and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony several evenings. We didn’t have issues parking but it seemed like it could get tight due to non-guests using the lot to walk into town or to the ferry. Walkability to most anything in Rockland was great!"

"We very much enjoyed staying at the cottage. The deck is wonderful, overlooking the water and all the activity in the harbor. We brought kayaks hoping to launch from the property (as we did a couple of years ago) but found that seaweed has covered much of the shoreline around that part of the harbor, which made it too slippery. We went to the public launch, which is close by. The Dobrics are great hosts and easy to get in touch with as far as any questions or requests. The grill is exceptionally clean (unlike other rentals we've had). Overall, a very nice experience."

"The house was very welcoming, updated and very clean. We are returning visitors to this house as we have been coming to this location for 25 years and renting from the previous owner. This is our first experience with dealing with Tide to Pine's agency and it was a good one. I have been told by the neighbors that we have befriended up there that the new owners are really nice people."
