Our room was very clean and I love that it was built in the 1800’s. We never had a day where we weren’t busy. We really enjoyed the breakfast and we walked to town almost everyday. "Rosemary’s property is in a beautiful location close to Rockland. We enjoyed being able to take short drives to nature preserves, lighthouses and historic sites. The view from the deck is gorgeous. We were very fortunate to have a week of mostly dry weather to enjoy some relaxing time on the deck. We cooked all our fresh seafood meals in-house and the kitchen was well stocked for that purpose."

"Great location so close to Rockland. Lovely views of the boats in the bay. House very well equipped and clean. It’s all on one floor - convenient for seniors and hard to find. The only real drawback was lack of porch, deck and access to outside space. We would return again."

"This is the quintessential Maine home and located in a perfect place in Rockland, ME for ease of experiencing the area. Just a couple of blocks away, one can find restaurants, museums, the shore, shopping and more. The neighborhood is quiet and conducive to good sleep. The home is beautifully clean and well stocked with amenities to accommodate a family for a week. It is decorated so charmingly and one feels they are truly living the essence of Maine. The owners answered all questions in a very timely manner. My family of three truly enjoyed the week we spent there. "
