We loved our stay - unfortunately the rooftop was under maintenance so we couldn't use it. The level of service was outstanding though as my daughters left something in their room, and the staff quickly advised and then posted it back to us free of charge.

Loved the room and the view. Two things that didn’t work for us was no mobile phone service (thank goodness for wifi) and no restaurants within walking distance Other wise a great overnight stay

The first thing you notice is how fragrant the trees are. Then how peaceful it is. Then you meet the staff who are generous and friendly. Then you see your room - thoughtfully designed and decorated, it feels cozy and clean. We were thrilled to have one morning of bad weather as an excuse to spend time relaxing in the room.
Truly, one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.
