"Food was delicious. Nicole was a great house manager. She cooked, cleaned and was so friendly. We really enjoyed her company . We actually invited her to sit with us as she was so nice. "What an incredibly adorable place and room. It was comfy, cozy and wonderful. Great bed and shower! My husband and I enjoyed this place immensely! You can walk around to everything and the trees, homes and places are fantastic and fabulous. "

"We had a few issues on arrival with the room, but the management team made things right for us the following day. We were very happy with the room facing out onto the Savannah river. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel. Based on our experience we would definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Savannah on our next trip"

"Johnnie, the spa manager was absolutely delightful and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my experience. Tanner was my masseuse, wonderful and understanding of pressure preference. The bar staff was friendly, I had a wonderful lunch and dinner. Front of desk staff ensured that I was accommodated appropriately for what I purchased through Expedia when it did not match what was booked. Friendly when the discrepancy was brought up and handled it immediately. Every member of staff that I encountered was friendly, welcoming and warm. I will be returning again! "Everything about this stay was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. The front staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and ended up upgrading us to an executive suite when they found out our room wasn't available.
The suite had an absolutely incredible view. My only complaint was that the balcony was locked down. I would've definitely loved to enjoy my morning coffee out there but I'm sure there's a reason they are locked.
Close to fantastic restaurants and walkable to the local parks and riverfront shops.
