"There wasn't A/C from what I could tell only a ceiling fan. Also it's not handicapped friendly even though there's handicapped parking. Only stairs here. The toilet in our room would barely flush toilet paper. However, the staff were VERY nice and helpful with altitude sickness remedies. It's not a bad property persay but it's on the old side and isn't 100% accommodating for everyone. Fantastic view of the lake and snow capped mountains though. "

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and made local dining recommendations. We landed on Windy City Pizza! So delicious!! The front desk clerk even upgraded our room. The views around the property you’re absolutely stunning."
