"We were dismayed when we arrived and the place isn't as nice as the photos suggest (some nice furniture was gone). One of the beds had soiled sheets on it and was dirty on the floor around it. The property manager sent a cleaner over two days later, but that person who needed to stay in that bed had to find other accommodations. When we asked for the manager to cover the hotel costs for our one guest, they refused.There were other small issues with the house like the front door locks, kitchen...

"Listing was not as advertised, in an unsafe neighborhood, requested separate rental agreement (which would be fine) but an additional requirement for card documentation for their file, implying a duplicate charge. When I tried to cancel our 5 night stay (online, via phone, and through email) after nearly being accosted by 3 strangers upon our entry, I was immediately denied and told 'no refund', 'can't cancel' and 'its not known (locally) as a safe place'. Ridiculously poor customer service...

"Negatives: The room is so small it was hard to use the desk. So small there was no table to eat on. Had a broken toilet seat that was the wrong size. Images on line made the space look more luxurious. Positives: The room was very clean. The building is reasonably secure. The workout gym is amazing. The business space is very functional, quiet and inviting. Communication with management was efficient (but impersonal). I would consider using the company again."

"The property was exceedingly clean, and mostly convenient to our sightseeing needs. It's about a 15 minute walk to the PATH, which connects to the NYC subway system. The neighborhood isn't terrible, though there are some folks who decide they need to be loud every night right outside the building, until about midnight. So sleeping is sometimes an iffy proposition. The property manager is very attentive and if you have questions they will be answered immediately. A nice main street is about 10...
