"On arrival I had a friendly welcome, showed me to my room which I had too report that the sheet on the bed were dirty, with this she transferred me to another room where I found the pillow cases were dirty, I think she was a little embarrassed and changed the pillows her self. "Nice clean bedsit-type flat with everything we needed for a two night stay. Not too far from the Brudenell, which was the reason for our trip. Bed was comfy, shower cubicle probably wouldn’t be big enough to contain the larger guest but was fine for us. Communication with Zack was excellent.
