"We had a wonderful weekend at the Lord Elgin. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Only complaint would be that the outlets on the night tables, did not have the amps required to charge our phones. Otherwise lovely stay, and best part was the efficiency of the valets. They were amazing."

"Wonderful place, really loved it.. Only one major inconvenience... The elevators situation... One is out of service and the second one was acting up. Difficult to understand how this could be possible.At the end of our stay it was still not resolved.. this older couple had to stop on 3rd floor on the way up to 6th... It's too bad as it is a very nice place... I've stayed at many Sandman unfortunately this will stay on my memory as the elevator fiasco. "

"Our beds were good, our room was great & very unique . The Construction materials everywhere made for some very unsafe areas, trip hazards . Staff were really nice & helpful except the breakfast waitress . She was very rude to everyone, I usually tip really well, she got $0. I will go back again, overall we enjoyed it. It will be nice when the renovation is done. "
