Having the space in the room / apartment made the stay enjoyable. The location allowed us to walk to the attractions and combined with the hop on hop off bus 3 minutes walk away gave us access to all the attractions we were interested in. On site parking was convenient.

All facilities were great - only issue 2 small lifts - sometimes the wait was a bit long

The room was excellent. Would have liked to extend stay however the rate was to be increased so looked elsewhere. Breakfast was ok.

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. The atrium lobby is stunning. Room was really clean and spacious and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend

Centrally located within walking distance of the tourist area. Many dining and shopping options nearby. We enjoyed the best meal in Ottawa at the hotel restaurant located on the 2nd floor.

Excellent stay. Spacious and clean room, smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc., good hour breakfast, friendly and helpful staff,

Short walk from Parliament station to the hotel. Hotel was quiet and I enjoyed my stay there.

The staff were friendly & very helpful at check in. Had dinner at Bar downstairs - Pizza & meatballs were delicious. Having to be at airport at 3.30am was made so much easier & relaxed being able to walk down to departures. We also printed our bag tags night before so could go straight to bag drop. Enjoyed our stay.

Good location for sites and public transport.
