"Hot water for shower took 20 minutes to heat up - hair dryer in room blew cold air... Thought there was a pool/hot tub -did not see signage for any. Staff however was friendly - wasn't terrible but a quick hot shower and ability to do hair for work would have been great!"

"Stayed here many times. Booked a ground floor room through expedia which was a few dollars more than upper rooms. When we arrived, they charged us another $10 for the ground floor room. Halls a bit dark, smokey and dated. Furnishings a bit beat up. Bed comfortable and bathroom was clean. "

"Everything was great in terms of cleanliness, staff, breakfast and parking. View from our window looking over the town was special. For some reason the whole building was incredibly warm and the AC/heater unit in our room sounded like a train as it ran all night."

"Honestly the only thing missing from this “Bates Motel” was Norman himself. The rooms are extremely dated, the bed was so uncomfortable just to sit on. The windows are filthy and covered in bugs and no screens on the windows to air the place out. They use some sort of cheap carpet fresh stuff and enough of it that the whole place smells like cheap masked floral smell. Awful experience I left after 10 minutes and went to the Holiday Inn Express Waterfront which was excellent! I will say the staff here though was friendly and accommodated us when we first got there because the room wasn’t ready. I will never ever go here again. Ever. "

"sofa bed was totally fecked. i don't know if there was a 500 lbs person or a ganbang on it, but the thing was destroyed and i had a sore neck and back from the broken springs and torn canvas making it very un flat. i complained to staff, she said she'd let maintenance department know. other than that place was ok. breakfast selection and quality was not bad."
