The hotel is in a very nice part of London, aware from the hussle and bussle but with easy access to all areas. Good restaurant and bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Our toilet had a problem on our last day with the water running and the flusher broke.

Great location. 10 to 15 minute walk to Westminster. Breakfast was good.
Room was comfortable, clean and even had a small fridge. Great to come back to.
The staff was alway pleasant, helpful and considerate.
I would recommend this hotel.
